One talented wood crafter took his skills to a whole new level with a DIY project that will delight pickup truck fans across the country. Back in 2016, Al Schoffelman, a crane operator in South Dakota, custom-made a 1979 Ford truck entirely out of red oak, according to Truck Trend. Even more impressive? It actually runs! Since then, the 4,300-pound truck has regularly made appearances at car shows, giving onlookers a chance to marvel over woodwork at its finest.
