New Orleans chef thanks mother for love for cooking
All right, chef. Do you have everything you need? I believe. So. What dish are you making? Nice. It's *** lot of ingredients. It is, it's gonna be *** curveball for him. I think. So there are different versions of it and really you can add whatever you want to. It. It doesn't matter really what the ingredients are. It's kind of like if you have it in your refrigerator, you can use it. Um but it is basically *** layered crepe. But then there's also other versions where it's actually *** pancake with cabbage in it. So it's the whole thing. And what is in this sauce? This sauce is *** little bit of Worcestershire sugar. Um oyster sauce, ketchup. This is gonna be so difficult for him to figure out. I love it. Well, the thing is he knows my history. I know his history. So you never really know he can know he could come up with this um Amy and I have *** long history together when she started at Commander's Palace. I was *** sous chef and she was my salad cooker and we literally worked together side by side for almost four years. And we had *** very strong connection, strong friendship, *** strong bond. We got to kind of grow this relationship through work and through *** passion, which was really, really interesting and cool. Nice. Well, yeah, this is gonna get layered on top of the noodles. Oh, here he's never gonna get this. But it's really amazing. Yeah, you are. Ok. Let me out to you.
