Two of the major candidates running for an open seat on the Jefferson Parish Council traded jabs on the WDSU Hot Seat.Republicans Arita Bohannan and Jack Rizzuto are campaigning for the District 4 seat on the Jefferson Parish Council, which includes parts of Metairie and Kenner.The seat is being vacated by Dominick Impastato, who is barred by terms limits from seeking re-election and is running for an at-large seat on the council.
