St. Tammany Parish Council District 10 candidates talked about several pressing issues in this year's election including hyper-dense development. Maureen O'brien is the incumbent and her challenge Donald Villere is the former mayor of Mandeville. During a recent hot seat debate, they talked about their plans to fix the budget shortfall, how to improve water quality and reducing crime. The candidates also shared their position on they would address the controversial library issue. Election day is October 14th.
