An inside look ahead of the 2024 Republican National Convention
We're here in Milwaukee with *** look inside the Republican National Convention. This is where delegates will come as they arrive from across the country. In order to get here, they have to come through security checkpoints which are past these barricades and through some of these gates which are blocking off different parts of traffic. You can see that some of these tech rehearsals happened on Sunday night as they prepare for all the events happening at the center. This is where the delegates will sit and they can see all of the different speakers, including former President Donald Trump. Stay with us throughout the week.

The Republican National Convention will commence on Monday in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where the Republican Party will formally nominate Donald Trump as its presidential candidate.The event will continue as scheduled after the shooting at former President Donald Trump's rally Saturday evening, which is being investigated as an assassination attempt.On Sunday, the tech crews did final checks on lights and sounds. The lights were bright on the floor, with the stage sitting massively in the middle.
