The New Orleans Police Department needs help identifying and locating a car wanted in connection with a deadly crash on July 17 on I-610 Westbound. Police say through investigation they determined that a white Acura was involved in the crash, but the driver fled the scene. The driver of the Camaro was declared dead on the scene by New Orleans EMS. The driver of the 18-wheeler did not report any injuries.Both the 18-wheeler and Camaro were traveling westbound on I-610 when the Camaro driver lost control and hit the center guard rail. Investigators are working to identify the car and owner and say the Acura has damage to the driver's side.
