Louisiana delegates say former President Donald Trump's speech will be an emotional one as he reflects on the assassination attempt. He said he was standing on stage only by the grace of God and that it was a miracle he's alive. Former President Trump also talked about rebuilding trust in the government and ending inflation.State Rep. Mike Bayham (R-Chalmette) says it's up to leaders and citizens alike to calm the rhetoric on both sides. State Treasurer John Fleming says Trump wants to use his speech to unite a divided country.
