Dramatic new video shows the United States Coast Guard rescuing two boaters in dangerous conditions brought on by what is now Hurricane Debby. The boaters were in a 34-foot sailing vessel 73 miles off Boca Grande. A friend of the boaters reported them missing around 5 p.m. Saturday. The two boaters were sailing from Key West to Tarpon Springs, according to the Coast Guard. Around 11 a.m. Sunday, the Coast Guard crew found and rescued the boaters by hoisting them into a helicopter. The video of the rescue shows the rain and wind brought on by Debby.
