All right here are Saints quarterbacks coach Andrew JCO. I know Andrew it's *** adjustment period for everyone when you're learning an entire new offense. What's it been like for you learning it and relaying it to Derek Carr? Uh, it's been *** lot of fun, you know, it's ***, it's *** great room to work with where guys are always constantly competing. Um, they wanna learn, they're enthusiastic about coming in every day and getting better and keeps you on your toes. Make sure, you know, you have your, your Ts crossed your I's dotted and so far it's been, it's been *** lot of fun being out here getting to work every day and, uh, just getting to dive into football when it comes to Derek. How has he adapted into this offense up to this point? He's really embraced it. You know, there's *** lot of things that, that he believes in that we're doing. There's *** lot of things that, you know, that he's brought to us that, that we've been able to talk through and kind of get to get to *** place where we're really comfortable, we're building comfort and just building on what we're doing and where we want to go with this offense, does this West coast offense really help out his game getting rid of the ball much quicker? Yeah, I mean, we're just, we want to play fast, we want to play decisive. We want to give him answers for the different coverages that, that we're uh, that we're going to see, um, give him answers and protection and just let him play fast, play, smart, play, decisive and, and go find his playmakers fans. They love the backup quarterback, Jay Ker and Spencer Rattler. Just when you look at each one of those guys, I'll start with, with Jake. It seems like he's progressing with each practice. Yeah, both of those guys are, you know, they attack each day with *** growth mindset, which is something that we look at, that's something that we're evaluating and they know that every meeting, every drill, um every team period that's being evaluated.
