A Houma school resource officer went above and beyond for a mother in need during carline at a school this week. PFC Jeff McElroy was at Acadian Elementary School when a student's mother got a flat tire during a car line. McElroy quickly changed her tire, according to a Facebook post by the Houma Police Department. "His quick and selfless action is a testament to the commitment and care our officers have for the community," the Houma Police Department said in a Facebook post.
