Known for playing Will Turner in the “Pirates of the Caribbean” franchise or Legolas in “Lord of the Rings,” actor Orlando Bloom might want to add “designer” to his resume.
The actor is credited as renovating this Beverly Hills mansion, originally built in the 1960s. Located on what is known as “Billionaire’s Row,” the 4,011-square-foot home features four bedrooms and four baths in a unique open floor plan.
The sliding glass walls make this home perfect for indoor/outdoor living, with sweeping views of the California coast. The sunken conversation pit serves as the focus of the living room, which flows to the outdoor entertainment area and pool. Bloom added the zero-edge pool and the beautiful ipe wood surrounding the deck area, according to TopTenRealEstateDeals.com.
The house is currently listed at $8.99 million by Jason Oppenheim, of the Oppenheim Group. Some fans might recognize the name from Netflix’s real estate reality show “Selling Sunset.”
