The New Orleans Police Department is searching for an armed and dangerous suspect in connection with a deadly shooting that happened earlier this month. NOPD announced that Erick Garrison is sought in connection with a deadly shooting outside of a bar in the 3100 block of St. Roch. The shooting killed Brandon Hayward, 32.Hayward had just parked in the neutral ground area along St. Roch when witnesses said he was about to head inside a nearby nightclub for a birthday party. He stopped to greet a friend when he was shot. Anyone with information about the crime or the suspect is asked to call 504-658-5300 or to anonymously call Crimestoppers at 504-822-1111.
