Devon is also a certified broadcast meteorologist through the American Meteorological Society, the highest level of accreditation a television meteorologist can obtain. He also has a love for food, music, and sports that puts him in the perfect city in which to delve into all of these things! On top of keeping you informed during hurricanes and tornadoes, look out for him exploring local restaurants, taking cooking classes, and even getting his chops back sitting in the drummer seat. Devon is very proud to return where his family was founded, where both sides of his family have lineage dating back the Crescent City! The last name ‘Lucie’ hails from the Alsace Region of France where he still has distant family to this day. He lives in New Orleans and has two children.
