Loyola University New Orleans alumna Raven is excited to return to New Orleans and join the WDSU First Warning Weather Team! She has worked in her hometown Little Rock, Arkansas, along with Cincinnati, and Kennewick, Washington and each place had completely different weather. She's covered haboobs (intense dust storms), wildfires, extreme drought, tornadoes, floods, and snow. She got her certificate of meteorology from Mississippi State University. She's had experience with covering the big weather stories and forecasting them. When she was younger, she would mute the tv whenever a weather report would come on and pretend to do weather. Now, she does it in real life! She loves to try new food and is always hunting for the next restaurant to try, which New Orleans has no shortage of!

She lives in the New Orleans with her husband and their daughter.
